1. Adopter certifies that this kitten / cat is being sold as a pet .And they are not a broker, and under No condition will this kitten be sold in a pet store, or used in a research facility
2. . A VUNDERLAND RAGDOLL KITTEN IS A VUNDERLAND RAGDOLL KITTEN FOREVER………….. This kitten/ cat is not to be sold or petted out without first contacting the seller. Seller must give written permission before you can place the said kitten. If needed, we will continue to provide for this kitten / cat. If needed, we will find a new home for the said kitten / cat. We always have a waiting list of pre-qualified individuals and would never want one of ours in the pound
3. Under no conditions will this kitten /cat be allowed to roam outdoors nothing is safe for our family friend
Declawing Procedure 4. Under no condition will this kitten have its claws removed. Buyer agrees not to declaw or have any type of procedure performed on cat/kitten that removes or limits the use of any of the nails. Guarantees void if any procedure is done without written permission of seller .
It is agreed that you will take this said kitten / cat to your Veterinarian with in 72 hours of taken possession of the said cat /kitten .
Seller warrants that the above kitten is to the best of our knowledge in good health, Free from infections, parasites and contagious disease or genetic defect. The said kitten will come with a licensed Veterinarian approved health certificate.
In the event a fatal genetic defect is found in the kitten with in two years of age, seller agrees to replace the kitten with another kitten of equal value when one becomes available. If at that time the seller is still actively involved with ragdolls. No money will be refunded .There is no deposit refund. An autopsy report (necropsy) from a certified pathologist along with an explanation be the ragdoll attending Veterinarian must be provided to the seller prior to a replacement kitten being given to the buyer. No medical cost will be refunded.
All warranties are void if the kitten is given a feline Leukemia, or fip vaccination, or if the Rabies Vaccination is given before 6 months of age.
The Seller gives a 2 year genetic guarantee as long as the breeder gives the said kitten Nuvet plus. And a life time guarantee on HCM . The seller also recommends that the kitten is to be feed Life’s Abundance, Pro plain and Royal Canine cat food. Which Life’s Abundance can be found on our link page, on the web site?
Seller has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for Buyer’s allergies to cats, affect or injury in relation to kitten’s behavior, affect or injury by other pets, disapproval of landlord, lack of proper training by buyer, lack of proper nutrition or care by Buyer, or unpredictable features of the kitten as it matures into an adult, such as physical size, length of fur, coloring or behavior of the kitten /cat.
Buyer accepts responsibility for the said cat/kitten health and safety needs upon buyer taking possession of animal.
The kitten will have first & second set of shots. We agree to provide Pedigree/registration papers provided when all agreed terms are met.
1. In the event of breech of this agreement by the buyer, Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and legal expenses as allowed by law and incurred by seller in enforcing her right under agreement
2. It is agreed that this agreement shall governed by , construed and enforced in accordance with the law of the state of Virginia.
3. This agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of the agreement shall not be binding upon either party except to the extent incorporated in this agreement.
4. The unenforceability of one clause of this agreement does not invalidate the entire agreement.
